Friendly environment. I waited a couple of weeks from the opening to come and have a look and was pleasantly surprised. Had a very nice Bacon & Egg puff pastry quiche with a Piccolo coffee and bought a Vanilla Slice to take home. Lovely cosy atmosphere inside and good footpath tables with easy parking right at the front or around the building. Great to see that it's getting busy! And you can bring your dog on your walks. Will definitely go back soon

On searching for Cairns best coffee, this one has been one of a few that is most mentioned and I can see why. This neighbourhood spot serves great strong coffee that hits the spot. The service is excellent, girls treat you like a regular customer. I didnt order any food which is why I gave food 1 star, but I wish I had to spend more time at this charming spot. I highly recommend sitting outside and soaking up the wonderful views of the mountains close by, watch the cars steadily driving passed or eaves drop as people conduct their catch-ups.

One of the best coffee spots in town! The atmosphere is amazing—cozy, welcoming, and just the right vibe for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The coffee is absolutely to die for, rich and full of flavor. And don’t even get me started on the banana bread—it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!

Good coffee at High Tide. We ordered a Cubano toastie, croissant and vegetarian quiche. The Cubano toastie was great and I love the jalapeno inside. The vegetarian quiche was a little disappointing as it will filled with the trio of carrot, corn and peas. We ordered a soy cappuccino and oat piccolo. Probably the style served in Aussie where the cappuccino tends to be flatter. Coffee is strong and nice, love the chocolate dusting
